Erj Dining - Fairview Heights

Our server was exceptional. She answered all our questions about the menu with both knowledge and a friendly demeanor. However, I can't give a full 5-star rating since I didn’t check out the bathroom. The waitress also provided us with to-go cups for the drinks we ordered with our meals, which I thought was a nice touch. I urge other restaurants to consider offering this service as well.

Wasn't there for years. It took a while to welcome everyone when we entered. A group left behind us. I had Fajitas and my wife had a burger. When the server was around him, he was provisional, but no other way around

There was no wait for a table, the service was excellent, and the food was hot and flavorful.

My waitress and the trainees were wonderful! The food arrived promptly. I ordered the big BBQ Bacon Burger, and it was HUGE! The burger featured a full pound of meat, which I absolutely loved. It was a bit greasy, but very flavorful! The only downside was the long wait for a table, especially since half the restaurant was empty. This is what keeps me from giving it a five-star rating.
