While some items were unavailable, he handled the situation with grace, helpfulness, and apologies. He resolved our issues with a smile, making it a truly wonderful experience. Kylie also did a great job assisting Rob with a smile, helping to solve the problem.
After being informed that they were out of a particular type of donut, the server assured the customers, "I will make sure to take care of it." This gesture made a young girl very happy and left her grandfather feeling grateful.
We absolutely adore the evening staff at this restaurant. We have never encountered any issues and the hardworking young adults go above and beyond to ensure it is a pleasant dining experience. Before the new management took over, it seemed like customers were seen as a burden by the staff. Kudos to the new manager for turning things around and making it a great place to visit again!
We travel in the united states, and we prefer Dunkin’ over everything. this morning we skipped the breakfast in the hotel because we flew to good ole dunkin'. in the order, the rude employee behind the theke obviously does not like her job or the people in general. so patient on our dozen donuts, 3 caramel coffee and 2 strawberry refreshers, we saw more attitude and eye roll. I was on the truck and to our surprise the coffee was burned. have you ever tasted burned coffee? let's just say I'd rather eat the dirt from the flowerbed before loading than drinking coffee again. that was disappointing, but okay, accidents happen. we open the box donuts that smell so good. we give donuts and I take my first bite, “seriously”. the card board box was fresher than our donuts. my little franzose who loves Dunkin’ donuts didn’t even like her. So we were not just $40.00, but now we have hungry children and a hungry french. now we can spend more money and feed these children. so down line is the disappointment we felt at this place. I really hope this is not the norm for this location, because if it is, these customers do not know what they miss. we look forward to eating more places that hope for the best.
If it's due to understaff or Dunkin across the US have closed their dining rooms. Long waits for the carry out orders and pick up! They were out of large cups for the hot beverages and really bad service. They overfilled my coffee and created a mess in my car as it started leaking.
