Pizza Hut - Fairview

4-20-24 i ordered a pizza online waited 20 minutes already for a medium pizza used my points for free bread sticks already paid for it and everything and got there told me it wasn’t ready waiting even longer then go check on it again and tell me they gave my order to someone else wanted me to wait even longer i couldn’t because i had a hungry screaming 18 month old and they wouldn’t give me my money or points back I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst place I’ve ever been. Only rated 1 star because I had to. Management is a freaking joke!

Always use it. Love the points system but wish there where more options available for rewards!

UPDATE: I couldn 't get exactly what I wanted because the app website do not let you add more than 3 toppings to the BNY, but I ordered just a regular stuffed crust the way I wanted it and it was really good. Service was great!The food quality is generally pretty good and the service is usually friendly and efficient; however, it never fails, when I order pizza, it never has near the toppings on it that I get from every other PH I 've ever been to. I 'm not saying it has to be overloaded, which makes the crust soggy, but, at the least, when I order a Pepperoni Lover 's pizza, I should get more than one whole piece of pepperoni on a slice. When I 'm willing to pay the substantial increase for extra of any topping, I should get multiple pieces of that topping on every. single. slice. This has not been my experience with this store unfortunately. :
