Coffee is okay. Customer service not so much. Three ladies working and they barely doing anything

My husband has brought me my favorite drink from Black Rock Coffee twice, and they make it perfectly! Unfortunately, he couldn't reach me by phone to ask what other drink I'd like. I found your matcha to be quite weak, and I wasn't very happy with the first one I had. Today, he brought me a second matcha, and once again, the flavor is disappointingly weak compared to what I get at Black Rock on Stark. Is matcha particularly pricey for you? I'll be sure to suggest a different flavor to my husband next time so he doesn't get the matcha again!

I had a blended mocha, and the quality of the coffee is excellent! I highly recommend trying it. Service: 5/5.

The staff is consistently friendly, and they prepare an incredible peanut butter freeze. Food: 5/5

Best Coffee ever, unless you plan on going to Italy ha!!! They don't have as many deals as Country Coffee but it's worth going just for the coffee. I been dissapointment very few times.. There is rarely a line of cars waiting like Starbucks or Country Coffee etc so service is very fast.
