Salado - Fairplay

We had the fried cactus, fried oysters, black bean hummus and riblets for appetizers... and trout, pork shafts and braided short ribs... it was all amazing... tasty... and presentation was on point! Our waitress Shannon was great! We can't wait to go back!! 10 of 10!

I'm Italian and I know about good food... this is the best restaurant I tried in the USA. We had fried oysters, roasted cactus, caramelized beef with sweet potatoes and spinach and Texas chocolate cake. Everything was good, even the Pinot wine. My favorite was the fried oysters. Delicious food and fun, friendly atmosphere. The Calamari and the fried cactus were amazing and the fried ice was to die!!

After 4 long years when I moved from France to United States, I finally found a really big local restaurants that has the standard that I had from a real restaurant, the best meal I had for a long time. Great restaurant I suggest to all taste a piece of great cooking Bon appetit

What a beautiful, relaxing place to sit outside with a group of friends for an evening! I loved the manicured flower beds, couches, and fountain in the courtyard, but even better was the delicious food and bright pink prickly pear margarita! Can't wait to come back!
