Wendy's - Fairmont

Best Wendy's around Fairmont. They always have fresh fries.

Everything tasted good but it was very slow. I was waiting iin the drive thru about 20 minutes

We ordered crispy chicken sandwiches and jr cheeseburger deluxe. When we got home (after waiting 20 minutes for the food to come out) none of the sandwiches had any toppings on them. They were just buns and meat. My husband went back to get the right sandwiches and they him they wouldn’t replace them or refund us. I called in and asked the manager to refund the order since they wouldn’t replace the sandwiches and she refused. The manager was very unprofessional and argumentative. She also kept c … – show

The drive through is typically rude. The good is still Wendy's and great but most other Wendy's get a 4 or 5 star on service not a 1.

I've been here multiple times and the food is always good. Occasionally there are issues and rude staff, but, that seems to sort itself out on its own. Rude people don't last long anywhere that deals with people. My most favorite part of getting Wendy's is the fries. I will go here for fries even if I got pizza from somewhere else. I don't know how they make them so good, but, I'll allow it. Keep up the good work!
