Most of the time, they can't seem to get my order right, even though I was very clear about what I wanted, and I often end up missing items from my order!

The customer service here is quite disappointing. I believe the entire staff could benefit from retraining, particularly in the drive-thru. Instead of greeting customers with a warm welcome, the experience falls short.

I kindly request that your staff refrain from calling women "ma." I am a mother of two and a grandmother of four. My own mother never permitted us to use that term.

I sat in one drive-thru line and got completely ignored while watching five cars in the other line get served ahead of me. After a while, the person on my side stopped responding, and finally, the car behind me and I decided to switch to the other line. We were able to get our orders taken, but when we explained the situation to the new employee, it was clear that they didn’t care at all. After spending 30 minutes in line, I’m now parked in lot number 3 waiting for my food, which still isn’t ready. It’s not busy at all; it just seems like the employees here really don’t care. This has been incredibly frustrating.
