Service was slow. While I was waiting, I had the opportunity to speak with the owner, very humble even while training his new employee at the register. He apologized for my order taking so long and offered me a few free wings, which I gladly accepted, Very tasty. He stated they had to make more of the voka sauce for the Paulie sandwich. I noticed the cooks in the back seemed a little confused. When I returned home with my sandwich, I quickly noticed that there was hardly any spinach on it, and most of the toppings were to one side. The bread was covered in sauce, causing the sandwich to fall apart recommend toasting the bread). The sandwich may have looked unappealing but tasted spot on. I would go back and try their other sandwich and even offer to help work the grill.
