My husband and I went for dinner. They advertise open until 9 so we didn’t see any problem arriving at 7:30 because that was the earliest we could get there. The welcome was shocking! The girl who seated us looked right at the waitress and mouthed “sorry” right in our faces! Sorry? Sorry we bothered you to make more money and get a tip! The waitress was barely friendly at all. We were friendlier even though we should’ve just walked out. We felt rushed and unwelcome and will definitely be taking a break from going there! The food however, delicious as always!!

Picked up a frozen lasagna and antipasto for a gathering and it was delicious.

I love the food at Riccardis, it’s good Italian comfort food, I order food here multiple times a month. The reason I’m leaving a 4 star review is my orders are wrong or missing something 50% of the time. The young girls who answer the phone are usually rude and talk over you and cut you off when you’re trying to tell them your order. Maybe slow down and listen to the customers order before rudely interrupting, or I would say find a job that’s not a high stress environment because it’s not for you.

Love your food, but twice I ordered your lasagna and it has to much sauce. Please don't drown the lasagna.

We come all the way from Providence to have Italian food here. Never had anything I didn’t like. The staff is always friendly.
