Usually, this is one of the better Dunkin' Donuts locations, but my last visit was disappointing. I ordered the bacon avocado sandwich, but what I got was just a slice of toast with avocado spread. When I went back to explain the situation, the employee informed me that they had run out of sourdough bread for the sandwich. They knew they weren’t giving me what I ordered but went ahead with it anyway. They agreed to make me a new sandwich, so I asked if they could use an everything bagel instead, and they said yes. I waited, received the food, and walked to my car only to discover that there was no bacon in the sandwich. I had to go back inside again. I can understand making a mistake, but when it seems like they are trying to be sneaky and then mess up again after agreeing to remake it, it’s incredibly frustrating. This is why I’m giving it 3 stars.
On a busy Sunday morning, I was impressed to see five staff members working diligently. They did an excellent job, ensuring everything was handled quickly and efficiently.
If I'm early enough before work I come and grab a coffee nice place good customer service but very very busy !!
Nice new location but the employee's can't follow simple directions...you tell them to make a coffee or sandwich a certain way and they make it however they want! ITS A JOKE!!!!
