Wendy's - Fairfield

Give 5 stars to the manager Josh! We came through for the first time before we went to the cinema, and the girl who took our order was very rude and they forgot half of our stuff. So we called and told Josh what happened, and he told us to come back, and they would remake everything for us, even if they were approaching. He was so kind and friendly and we appreciate that he wanted to do it right. The team also worked for a few extra minutes to make our food. Thank you.

I love these Wendy's employees are always polite and through. They go beyond and beyond every time, even if I have a great job for corporate events.

A terrible service. only sat and waited fifteen minutes for a chicken bite meal. not the first to dance of exceptionally long waiting times either

Forget to drive my debit card back to home and had to go back and get it is the second time that this has happened, wanted my meal paid, but told me they can not give me more food and would not give me my receipt, this lasted 40 minutes from my time and fuel to come back there, it was an honest mistake what it is, but this honest money cost me my time and money to get back there, it was an honest mistake.
