Take 'n ' Bake Pizza - Fairfield

Ordered the zizzlin bacon classic and lemme just say, hands down my new favorite pizza!! Amazing amount of toppings and sooo much flavor! Worth the money for sure!

Terrible!!!! I ordered Uber eats. They cancelled my order and I called Mountain Mikes to see if I could still get my pizza for pick up but the guy referred me to Uber Eats! Ridiculous. I en eats kept my order and Mountain Mikes didn't even care!!

This it not the place to come for customer service. And if you have coupons or vouchers they will not honor them no matter how much money you spend on your order.

If I could give 0 stars, it would be 0. I paid for Xl pizza and salad bar. I was told the salad bar was only for one time. Told by a delivery person who just came in from delivering. I was minding my own business and about to eat my salad. Clearly I was an upset customer and asked to refund for both the uneaten pizza and salad. The delivery person refused to give full refund. He then proceeds to say he will refund. I then proceed to ask for my full charges. I went back and forth with the employee and he calls me names; hoe, the f word, b word, etc. he had another employee calculate my refund and they were shorting me $17. I refuse to give my money to this business after being called names and shouted at. I was also told not to ever come back due to frequent visits. I didn 't quiet understand that. I gave my money to this business several times and I was treated unfairly.I will be reporting this to higher management. There was no manager and if there was, they did not step in and meet customer service needs. Their business was bad. I recommend going to round table pizza down the road. Better service and friendlier employees.

First off, why is my 2 star review missing? Now we're down to a one. Second, I got a pizza that was missing toppings and had a fraction of the ingredients the photo had. (see my image) They have called me multiple times trying to give me a discount, I don't want it. This place has been going down hill for a year now and I have never complained before. If I'm paying $90 for two pizzas and a salad, I am expecting something amazing. Please try harder. I'm done with Mountain Mike's, especially after I got my first review taken off for no reason. Thanks!
