Señor Salsa - Fairfield

I ordered the Fiesta Bowl, and it was freshly made!

The experience was just average. The food is good, but it’s not the same since they removed the salsa bar. They really need to improve and bring that back, as they are quite stingy with the salsa. At the very least, they should offer various purchase options like 8, 12, 16, and 32-ounce sizes, similar to other Mexican restaurants, so you can enjoy more salsa. Yesterday, my order came with chips, but no salsa! Can you believe it? Additionally, the bathroom door doesn't close properly, and a kid actually walked in on me. To top it off, the place is not very clean. They really need to step up their cleaning efforts.

They are becoming disorganized and careless! I ordered a burrito, and the person preparing it was leaning against the food on the table. I asked the woman at the front for a new one since half of his body was touching my wrap, while the manager stood there looking confused. They seemed to get defensive, not understanding my concern. After asking five times, they finally agreed to remake it. I won't be going back.

I absolutely love this place! Great food! Fast service! I would give it 5 stars, except they haven 't opened their salsa bar up since the pendemic. Please open your salsa bar back up so customers can take their own salsa. Two per order is not enough. What if I 'm ordering for an office and I 'm picking up 5 burritos??? They still mention it 's only two per order. Doesn 't make sense.

What happened to this place? Food is served luke warm, beans tasted old , rice had no flavor except loaded with pepper, quesadillas thrown together. I had to ask for sour cream before I left because they only give you a small dollop of it and you have to pay .50 per small cup. I don?t care about the price it?s the principle. They didn?t include salsa for the chips either, didn?t notice till we got home! The chicken in the quesadilla tasted off too. I usually go to Rio Bravo
