Hot Stone Korean Kitchen - Fairfield

This was my first experience with Korean cuisine, and while I was hoping to find a specific dish that was unfortunately out of stock, I opted for the fried chicken, chicken fried rice, and kimchi pancake instead. To my delight, everything was absolutely delicious! However, I'm on the lookout for a more flavorful fried chicken, so I might need to explore other places for that. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. I can't wait to return!

I cannot recommend the buffet, as they enforce a time limit on how long you have to finish the food you've prepared. This can be quite stressful, especially if you're dining with family or friends, making it difficult to fully enjoy the experience together.

Excellent service and delicious food! We ordered the hot sizzling Bibimbap and Spicy Soup, both of which were flavorful. After we placed our order, the waitress checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The manager, George, also came by to personally welcome us and even offered us a special treat. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The ONLY downside is the location. Not a fan of that part of Texas St. BUT... Food and choices of meat were really good. Service was excellent! Price was expected for the amount of food and the service received. We haven't had this type of traditional Korean dinning since being in Asia. Highly impressed. Thank you Hot Stone!
