While I was in the restroom, the staff almost knocked down the door, which would have been avoided with a simple, polite knock. To be fair, I had taken a bit longer than usual, but courtesy goes both ways!
Great tasting eating, friendly staff, they get the order quickly and correctly.

It's Dunkin', so you know what to expect. Plus, they still have lemons!
I ordered a Box-of-Joe Decaf over the phone, and it was ready by the time I arrived. It stayed piping hot throughout our event.
