Chaats Cuisine - Fairfield

Few days before I went to chaats cuisine as I never been to that place before. I really like butter chicken it was too delicious and hospitality was excellent. She treated us really good. If I visit that area again I would surely go to that place for lunch.

I was underwhelmed by the butter chicken and mango lassi. The mango lassi was not my favorite, and I wouldn't order it again. The butter chicken seemed to be missing some flavor. Service was pretty quick. Staff were polite. I will be passing on this place in the future.

Sadly, our experience eating at Chaats Cuisine was not what we expected. Once we arrived to the restaurant, after placing an online order. We informed the hostess/cashier that we wanted to eat in the restaurant. She said it was okay. We chose a table and took our food out. We realized there were no utensils in the to go bags. We also needed plates as the food for two orders was placed in one container. We had to ask different times for items such a plates, napkins, and to go boxes. Not only was the service poor, the food was lacking so much flavor. Had the food been good, I don't think I would be writing this review. We will not be returning here.

Very bad service. Poor hospitality. Restaurant was empty, the man 'serving ' was very unpleasant, non smiling, the whole time it felt like bad energy around.
