My daughter has told me about her terrible experience with this guy who owns this place she was trying to get the Yogurt but it wasn't coming out. So the tried hard and it accidentally fell in the tray. This man, came out accusing my daughter of doing it on purpose and telling her she was a liar and after she said it was an accident, He continued saying it was on purpose. Look, let me tell you something, you must treat people with respect and specially your customers because they are the ones who pays for your bills by purchasing your food. You have no right to treat my daughter the way you did, by cursing on her and making her feel like she was at fault. You are a grown-up man with no manners with a terrible temper. Don't you ever treat my daughter like that ever again, and don't you ever curse on her again. Wash your dirty mouth before you speak with a child like that wirh bad words comingout of your mouth. She is a child and your behavior as an adult towards her is unacceptable. I am making sure she will not come back to your place ever again and I am taking legal action against you. Be prepared. Someone must stop your sick behavior towards people. Be advised. And you better not erase the record from the camera in the store.
Guy owner has a horrible temper and does not know how to properly communicate with customers. My friend pulled the lever a little too hard on the froyo machine and missed her cup because her hands were full. The owner came over and asked her if she spilled the icecream on purpose, and when she told him it was an accident, he called her a liar and began lecturing my friends and I. He began by saying he would charge her for the wasted froyo, then sweared at us multiple times, said we were acting dumbfounded , and talked down on us like we were less than him for about 2-3 minutes. This response was extremely unprofessional and to make matters worse, after telling us how mad he was about the spilled icecream, he made us throw away our already full cups of froyo and leave. At that point, it was clear he didn 't care about the money or product being wasted. He let us know we were no longer welcome to his store and continued to yap at us as we walked out the door. We were the only customers in the building and his response to a minor mistake was frightening to say the least. My friends and I were regular customers last year, so we did not expect this behavior from the owner because we were familiar with the welcoming environment they USED to have. I will say that the girl owner was always very nice and welcoming, but from my experience today, we do not see Peachwave as a safe place anymore.
Helpful staff and a broad variety of flavors and toppings make this my go-to self-serve froyo place. Plenty of options for people with dietary restrictions as well.
The owner was INCREDIBLY welcoming and struck up conversation with my friends and I, and even thanked us for coming in during winter. I’ve only ever had positive experiences here, and will be returning!
