Sliders Burger Joint - Fairburn

I waited over an hour before receiving the wrong order ! I sent it back and they gave me different sliders and the same old cold fries. I asked for fresh fries and the owner and the cashier began to roll their eyes as if they had an attitude. I asked for a refund. They owner said no because she remade the food twice. I do not understand how you can remake something that wasn’t made right to begin with. Then said she recognized me from visiting the Fairburn location multiple times when I have never even bought food from that location.

Whoever owns this place needs to fire this d a girl working the counter ! She is literally bad for business! People like her make you hate even dealing with anything black associated. The whole store is empty I walk in to pick up a online order she won't hand me the food because I'm on the wrong side of the tape like seriously ... something I don't even know but if the whole store is empty what does it matter where I stand for you to hand me the food ??? Then gonna say there's rules in life... How miserable do you have to be like HONESTLY!!! Don't even bother going here !!!! Oh this is the response from the business.... So unprofessional!! CLEARLY THEY DONT CARE HOW THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE BEING TREATED. Sad

I Use to come very often. Dope vibe first time service was blah but food was great. Continue to come but customer service was never good only came for the food- However I showed 2 times and location was closed... ok decided to order again to pick up this time on line the eta time was 7:59pm I arrived at 8:03pm and order wasn't ready. She tell me because it was a big order in front of me I had to wait another 20 min well I never received order and I had to wait for a refund customer service is HORRIBLE- I love supporting our people but this is unacceptable!!

Great spot! Love the atmosphere. Lost liquor license though...so my food had to be to-go. Went end of last year and they had it. All the liquor is on display and you can't have ANY of it.

I'm not a burger person but let me tell you that it was perfect, juicy cooked just like I like my burger, that's the reason I don't do fast food burger and this place is no fast food it's cooked when you order.
