Marco's Pizza - Fairburn

I had a terrible experience at this pizza place. They charged extra amounts on my debit card without my consent. This has happened twice now, and I’m really frustrated. I plan to file a police report because it feels like theft. As of October 2022, they haven't addressed the issue, and I'm pursuing legal action for these charges. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to offer me store credit instead of a refund. I can't believe they would handle this situation that way, especially after losing money due to their employees' actions. I will never return to this restaurant.

I ordered online for $26 and sent my son to pay in cash for the order. They charged him an additional $9, which was listed on the receipt as 11 extra ranch sauces. This is for items that should be free, such as red pepper flakes, garlic sauce, pizza sauce, ranch, and more. I will never return to this location again! What a rip-off.

I called the store to voice my concerns, but the woman who answered was completely indifferent and showed no interest in what I had to say. I told her not to worry about it because I would be taking my business elsewhere and leaving a review on Google. Her response? “Go ahead, have a great day.” This establishment clearly does not prioritize good customer service or value its customers. As an Army Reservist, Registered Nurse, wife, and mom, my life is already very busy. I order takeout to ease my hectic schedule, but this place only added more chaos to my life. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money in a place where I don’t feel appreciated or valued. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I use to love Marco 's and their fast delivery. However, today I 'm still waiting on a delivery order that was placed over an hour ago. I called to follow up on the delivery time and was told she 's on the way, but she has multiple orders to take at once.Whomever answer kept saying she is almost to you, without asking me any of my information. When she finally called out anaddress that wasn 't mine,she goes oh she 'll be to you soon . Why not just stop taking delivery orders or why not be up front.At least papajohns tell you, you 'll be waiting 2 hours, so I can make the decision to pick up or cancel. If my child wasnt sohungry and everything else is closing I 'd cancel the order. I won 't be ordering from them again.
