Krystal - Fairburn

This is one of the worst places!!! Always have to wait 10 minutes!! The workers at this point are lazy, inadequate and always command during sitting in the dining room (what can explain waiting) I mean, seriously, how long does it take to cook a burger? This place needs a completely new staff/management.

After placing my order, I had to wait just over 10 minutes to receive my food...however, I didn't mind the wait as the server ensured that my order was made fresh...and it was. ? I'm usually not a big fan of Krystal's but I have to admit that they scored a home-run, touch down and/or a slam dunk as my order was fresh and delicious. Thank you to Krystal for a tasty and wonderful meal experience...their Chilli fries are Tha Bomb Dot Com!!!!

It deserves 5 starts because the food was great. This was our first time stopping here because we were visiting Georgia. It was late and we were on our way to the house we rented and we were feeling like a midnight snack. The sliders were delicious we got both beef and Chicken. The only down side was that we waited over 2 hours in the drive thru line and there was not even that many cars. I'm not sure what had happened, but I thought it was ridiculous to wait that long. We had to wait because that was the only place that was open.

Giving thie location one star us actually generous. I ordered online and walked in a couple of minutes after it was to be ready and they said I would be waiting a while with no concern. I asked for my money back and they said they could not do that at the store. I walked outside to run a local 5 minute errand and they locked the door. I got in the drive thru and received my food 40 minutes late. They opened the drive thru window, handed me the order and shut the window without a word .

The food is normally hot. Short staff here. Excessive wait time. Two lane drive through but only one is usually operational. As of 7/2/2021 they have a rating of 100. Surprisingly good with little help. Due to the long wait they do not offer at least a free item this is why I rated it a 2.
