Bojangles - Fairburn

My experience wasn't particularly impressive, but I can say they were definitely modest in their approach. The drive-thru line differed from what we initially expected, with only one other car ahead of us, causing both of us to advance. We ended up waiting for about 10 minutes. However, you make do with what you have. The staff was super friendly, the food was served hot, and our order was accurate. Next time, I would appreciate some napkins, please.

The chicken sandwich was decent. I wasn't aware that it was meant to be spicy until I took a bite and tasted the seasoning. I wish the sandwich had been served warmer, especially since it was lunchtime. Overall, I didn't have to wait long in the drive-thru, and the staff was helpful. However, the fries weren't as hot as I would have liked.

The wait for my order was 20 minutes, and I noticed there were a lot of staff members chatting and socializing rather than attending to customers. At one point, someone finally asked me what I had ordered but then just walked away. The hostess was very kind and tried to help, but it felt chaotic. Once I received my food, I had to go back and ask for utensils and napkins. The trash bins were overflowing, and the bathroom was quite dirty. One customer even mentioned they had to wait a while due to being understaffed, and then started laughing. I counted seven employees working, but they really need to let some go and hire four more who will actually work.

The staff was very friendly and quick to order. I went to the store to order and we dived. The 20-part family meal is a lot and the chicken is so juicy, even the breast pieces!

The Bo's Chicken Sandwich Cajun snapped on a road and never had Bojangles before. The best chicken sandwich I've had for a long time.
