Wendy's - Fairborn

Kartoffel and chili were hot and delicious. service was fast and friendly. only negatiw was the end of the strawberry frost.

They always do a fantastic job, food is always fresh and they are always polite! Great staff

The latest of several disappointing experiences here. Ordered the Dave's double meal. PAID FOR the Dave's double meal. Got home and a cold, old single was in the bag. Just close the place down.

I went through the drive throu to get a double and I stead I got 3 tiny cheeseburger looking things??? Then I parked to go inside and get the correct food I paid for... The doors were locked so no one could come in.. it's amazing that such a simple order can't find it's way to a paying customer and can't be brought back due to the doors being locked .... I'm honestly not interested in ever returning to Wendy's... Smh... Horrible customer service...

They need to hire more staff at this location. The service is slow, but the food is good.
