The Banks Alehouse - Fairbanks

We decided to try this restaurant since it was one of the few places still open at 8 PM. Despite some prior reviews, we ended up having a delightful experience. The food was delicious, and the draft beer was incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the burger and the Aroma Dome IPA from the local brewery in Fairbanks.

The food was delicious, but the quality does require some patience, and I prefer my order to arrive as requested. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. Overall, the entire plate was enjoyable.

The burgers were excellent and the drinks were fantastic. The place became popular quickly, and our server made sure our drinks were always full.

For fairbanks this is one of the best restaurants. it is a modern, comfortable atmosphere. bar side with many tvs for sport, and a traditional side without tvs. the menu offers typical American food options, but with Alaska twist with wild meat. my experience here was good. service was prompt and the food was delicious. I would go back!

Nice place to have some good food and beers. The portions were good and the way staff was great. Enjoyed eating here.
