Shanghai Thai - Fairbanks

The food is made to perfection. His trailer is off the road a little, but don't be worried he rocks it with a wok. Plenty of choices and all made very well.

Absolutely the best I've ever had in awhile, definitely my new favorite foods to go to.

The food used to be some of the best in Fairbanks, which is quite a statement considering the dining options in this town. Unfortunately, it seems we've reached the end of an era. My visit tonight was my last attempt to find quality here, and it was a huge disappointment. I ordered the Thai hot pork pad Thai, but instead received a plate of mushy noodles with overcooked pork, all covered in burnt pepper. It was inedible—completely lacking in flavor and heat, just charred food. To top it off, I found a foot-long human hair in my rice dish. We’ve decided we’re done with this restaurant for good.

I encountered some of the kindest people I've ever met! They extended a random act of kindness that was completely unexpected, and I truly appreciated it. The food is consistently fantastic! They are genuinely wonderful individuals, and their amazing dishes can truly brighten your day. I highly recommend ordering from them to experience both their delicious food and their heartfelt kindness! They provide something that many places often overlook: a sense of kindness and love infused into every bite!

The food was about what you would expect in a remote area—delicious and full of flavor. Unfortunately, we had to wait at least two hours after the food was prepared, so the noodles ended up all tangled together. Despite that, it was still enjoyable. I'm really thankful to the owners for their efforts.
