Safeway - Fairbanks

When they land at the fairbanks airport, most flights are at night and if they will see the northern lights chancen, they can cook something in their room or lodge. we found safeway open when we landed and were pleasantly surprised by their vegan/organic/non-GMO selections. we bought supplies that we need to do something simple cooking in our room and were very satisfied with their service. also they have a package store called oaken keg directly in the load, so if they want to get a bottle of wine, this is convenient.

I rate safeway west a 3 on its customer service. I called today to get some of my favorite creamers, they were the only one in the city that had it. the customer service desk was nice and took the time to check if my product was on stock. When I got into the load, she remembered us. That's nice. prices are high in safeway, compared to freds low trips and larger selection. but I love her cute and sweet. they facilitate evening meal with freshly cut tomato, plank and salat for burger. guacamole, fresh salsa, chopped tomato and everything for fresh nachos is great! they need improvement on their cash service. sometimes it is as if they were not paying attention to the customers at check-out. the regale are well stocked, the prices are still too high. the courtesy cleric was beautiful and courteous, very appreciated. spend about $100 on four food bags.
