Pizza Hut - Fairbanks

I ordered from Pizza Hut using their app, but it showed that my order was never delivered. Then I received a text stating that it would be delivered to my doorstep. If I wanted it delivered that way, I would have ordered directly through Doorstep instead of the Pizza Hut app. I never received my order or a call from Pizza Hut to inform me of what had happened. This was the worst service I've ever experienced, and I ended up being left hungry.

We hadn't ordered pizza from this place in a few years because we were dissatisfied with our previous experiences. I decided to give them another chance and ordered a family size with pepper salad and rice. They called us back to inform us that they were out of three out of the five toppings we requested. I had to calculate the full price without being notified that they were out of those toppings. I think I'm done with them for another decade!

We placed our order through an online platform, and the pizza was ready in just 10-15 minutes—much quicker than the estimated time provided. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and there’s plenty of parking available right in front of the restaurant!

As warning they will not be a good idea of Pizzahut.com they are child behind the theke was very unprofessional and explained that he did not feel like a good idea to accept the gas prices higher. I recommend ordering from any other pizza restaurant in the city.

Lost my business for good. Took a gentlemens money and gave his dinner to the wrong person and didn't issue them a refund or admit their fault.
