Pizza Hut - Fairbanks

We placed our order through an online platform, and the pizza was ready in just 10 to 15 minutes—much quicker than the estimated time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there’s plenty of parking available right in front of the restaurant. Highly recommend!

We're on vacation and ordered delivery. The food arrived quickly and was nice and hot!

When I tried to place my order, the person at the call center had a very thick accent and spoke really quickly. When I asked him to slow down so I could understand, he simply hung up on me. However, when I went directly to the pizzeria, the staff there were fantastic. The guy behind the counter, along with another employee, really knew what they were doing and provided great service. I'll definitely return, but I won't use the call center again.

I hadn't ordered from this pizza place in a few years because I was dissatisfied with my previous experiences. However, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a family-sized pizza with peppers and other toppings. They called me back to inform me that they were out of three of the five toppings. I was surprised, as I wasn't informed about this beforehand when I placed the order. I calculated the total price based on the full order and felt let down by the lack of communication. I think I'm done with them for another ten years!

I want to give a heads-up: they don’t accept any coupons from Pizzahut.com. The staff member at the counter was quite unprofessional and mentioned that he didn’t want to accept a coupon because gas prices are high. I strongly suggest ordering from any other pizza place in town.
