Michele's Cafe - Fairbanks

Michele's Cafe has quickly become the must-visit café in town. I had never dined here before, but after a recent lunch with a group of friends, I was thoroughly impressed. The prices are comparable to other restaurants in Fairbanks, yet the quality of the food stands out. Although the menu is currently undergoing some changes, the lunch options showcased all the essentials. The portions were generous, the meals were prepared to order, and the service was attentive. Overall, I left very satisfied.

The food was crazy! No complaints when they say that they have the best severity in the city you have better believe that it had only problem I chose which I wanted lol and our server was excellent they even let me try both gravity on the side because I was uncertain from whom I wanted. A wonderful hidden jewel I think everyone should try

My husband claims they serve the best chicken steak in town, and I can’t disagree! I had an omelette that was absolutely delightful. Everything was cooked to perfection. I really appreciated the atmosphere along with the food—it's a spacious place with generous portion sizes, including their coffee cups! They gave me a massive cup, and I finished it all. While other restaurants were fully booked on Sunday morning, this one was pleasantly quiet, and we were seated right away (though I can't comment on the weekday experience).

Being a part of the side of town where mainly businesses are, it is worth the drive out of the way for some good breakfast. I have eaten there many times now and I have not had any under-cooked food, have had fast delivery to our table, and the business is clean and organized. My favorite is their skillet. I have tried their lunch too, but even for lunch I still got a skillet! It was just that great!
