Fushimi - Fairbanks

We ordered the beef teriyaki bento box, udon noodles, sushi rolls, salad, crab wontons, and vegetable gyoza. Everything was delicious and the food was beautifully presented. Thank you!

One of the best dining spots in town! My favorite rolls are the Hiroshi Hako, Dancing Dragon, and Lobster Summer. They also offer a nice selection of Asian dishes, including Nabeyaki Udon, Thai Curry Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, and Bento Boxes, all with generous portions. It's a fantastic place for family gatherings and date nights. You won't believe it until you try it!

The sushi is delicious, the cocktails are fantastic, and the atmosphere is really enjoyable. The staff are attentive and prompt, the restaurant maintains a clean environment, and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

This is the best sushi I've ever had. The freshness is exceptional, the presentation is stunning, and the flavors are delightful. If you're going to dine at just one place in Fairbanks, this should be it.
