Cold Stone Creamery - Fairbanks

We live stone cold, but it tears our stomach, they need to add lactose, so we stop going. I can live with store bought ice cream and save $10 for each trip.

Ladies who work there have great customer service. They were friendly and punctual.

You can never go wrong with ice cream. They usually have a kind of milk free taste, but today they had almond milk ice cream. That was a very nice surprise! I brought an ice cream cake that was nicely finished, and I couldn't give up chocolate almond milk ice cream!

I thought my last time cold stone was lol five years ago. I ordered a mixture of mint and peanut butter, was delicious, but didn't taste minty at all, guessed peanut butter was too strong, avoid rubber bears.... they are sweet but stone hard not chewing

Ice cream was good. Service was okay. My zero dollar tip on my receipt was mistaken for an $8 tip, no receipt was offered to me. Contacted the store, manager wasn 't sure how to refund the tip, contacted the store owner. While trying to refund my card, cashier charged another $8. In the end, I was given $16 in cash.
