Arby's - Fairbanks

Great Museum! Went mainly to see Blue Babe, but ended up enjoying all of the exhibits!

I cannot review the food as I have still not had Arby’s. However, I was in the drive through last night at 10. I sat there for 10 minutes while the car in front of me didn’t move. In the parking lot there were two vehicles, I’m assuming there were only two people working. Anyways, another vehicle pulls up and one of the workers, a younger girl, runs out to see what they need. Meanwhile another worker, some guy, comes out and she asks him to help with this and he’s a total jerk to her. She looked really stressed and like she was holding the whole store together. I give her a full 5 stars, she deserved it. However, the other guy who decided he needed to “take a break” 30 minutes before closing… I’m not as impressed with. Obviously, I only saw this small interaction so I’m not saying he’s a bad guy, but I hope the girl working last night gets some sort of appreciation.

We had a fantastic family night out, and Arby's was a wonderful addition to it! If you've lived in Interior Alaska for more than 20 years, you might remember how challenging it was to get Arby's unless you made the long drive to Anchorage or had a friend bring some back for you. It's great to see our favorite franchises finally making their way here. We really enjoyed the food, especially the Horsey Sauce! The staff got our order perfect, and we didn’t wait long at all. A big thanks to the team behind the counter!

I waited a long time to be acknowledged, even though I was the only customer in the lobby. Then they had difficulty processing my coupon. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. On a positive note, the staff was friendly once they finally noticed me. I've had much better experiences at Arby's, and honestly, the food just isn’t good enough to make a trip to this location worthwhile.

The university store boasts the cleanest drive-thru of any restaurant in Fairbanks, and it’s conveniently located with ample parking. I've never had an incorrect order from the wonderful staff at Arby's. While errors can occur anywhere, these employees consistently get my order right. The lines move swiftly, making it ideal for picking up DoorDash orders. Plus, I really love their fruit punch!
