Ajimi - Fairbanks

It's a classy restaurant and it was quiet and there weren't too many people, but the service was really good and the food was made quickly and it looked and tasted good. I got a couple of quick and great pictures!! Went there for family dinner on my cousin's birthday!!!

Everytime I go here the service it excellent and the food is great. I have tried the lunch boxes and they are fantastic. I also tried the tropical roll sushi. Again it was very tasty.If you are a fan of sushi this is the place to come in and eat it.

Restaurant roulette once again gave us an amazing food adventure. In all honesty, we are total newbies at the type of food served here. After lots of Google help researching to understand items, we decided on 2 lunch boxes so that we could try the egg roll from one and the gyoza from the other. We also substituted beef teriyaki for the listed chicken teriyaki.The food was delivered at appropriate temperatures and was really good.Props to the lady who was serving, bussing, and handling the register on her own. She was so very nice and handled all our questions with a smile.The restaurant was clean, inviting, and casual.

Best beef bulgogi every time. I love mine with extra green onions and my boyfriend likes his with no onions an extra sauce, the salad dressing an salads are unique along with more than a dozen different sushi rolls an nigiri. Nice, quiet, family environment if you can caught them on a calm day and not a full house but even a full house the service is great. And remember each roll you order takes time to make with care so be patient on a busy day or try to order ahead of time, they won’t forget about you!!

Great atmosphere and excellent staff. Food was great at a reasonable price. Good for a night out with friends or family.
