Drive-thru team was spot-on and kept the line moving very quickly. Best 10:15AM service, ever.
Clean and consistent like most Starbucks locations. Very pleasant and enjoyable customer service. Bathrooms are clean if you just a quick stop to run in and out. Otherwise it does have some seating and their comfortable enough you can stay awhile.
The flavor of our beverages are good. Staff did not provide a total at the order window which is not good customer service. When we arrived at the pickup window we were then advised that two of the items we had ordered were sold out. And one of the items we ordered as a Frappuccino and it arrived as a latte. Staff needs to be more attentive but they were polite. Perhaps on our next visit there will be an improvement.
You used to be my favorite Starbucks. You were the only one that got my drink right. All of your barista?s were amazing. Couple weeks ago I had ordered online and I came in, and one of your young barista girls asked if I had ordered online. I said yes. She told me that online service was out of order and that my drink had been sent to a different Starbucks. I explained that I was late to work, and I didn?t have time to drive to a different Starbucks. She basically told me too bad. Other times when your service wasn?t online, your barista?s apologized and made my drink. And even a couple of times I have paid for the drink at your office. But this girl was so rude That I just left. And I have not come back. And until I see that she is gone I won?t come back. She was a petite little brunette. Probably early 20s. Sad. I spent a lot of money there.
