Nekter - Fair Oaks

I really enjoyed the banana berry bowl at this restaurant! The sweet and fresh ingredients were perfect. The ratio of fruit and granola to açaí base was just right. I have tried açaí bowls at other places and this one stands out as really good. I wasn't super impressed by the smoothies, but I would like to give them another try to see if it was just a bad day.

I am thrilled to have a Nekter Juice Bar near our home! We have visited a few times now and it has consistently been a five-star experience. The bar is located in the same shopping center as Safeway and Peet's Coffee, with plenty of private parking available. They have early and late hours, so you can enjoy breakfast or dinner there. The staff is always exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and well-lit. My go-to order is an Acai bowl and a wellness shot, which are both generously sized - enough for two meals. The food is fresh, delicious, and healthy. Make sure to stop in for your daily dose of vitamins!

I frequent AB Health Nut often and I am completely obsessed with it. The food is magnificent and always puts a smile on my face.

I used the mobile app to order my smoothie and arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. When I got there, I saw two kids in the back who seemed to be taking a break. My smoothie was not prepared, even though the ticket was on the counter. I had to wait and watch as the boy made my smoothie, without any apology or discount for the inconvenience. I rely on the online order app to be on time for work, so I was disappointed by the service. It seems like customer service is lacking nowadays, with lazy employees just trying to pass the time. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location, and I will be going elsewhere for a $10 smoothie in the future.

Got our bowl and wasn't filled up all the way. It's also watered and seems like it wasn't fresh because the granola is soggy.
