Dutch Bros Coffee - Fair Oaks

I recently visited the Dutch Bros off of Madison. I have never tried Dutch Bros and went because of the Fundraiser you were providing for Officer Natalie Corona. The music was so loud the barista could not take my order without saying what was that? numerous times. I asked for VERY light ice. I had over half a cup of ice. When I asked to have some of the ice removed, I don 't think they took out more than a couple cubes because it was still half way full with ice. At this point I was already frustrated in the service and ended up leaving with a $5 cup of ice. This was not the first impression I was expecting. I wish I would have just given the money directly to her family because it wouldn 't have ended up just being wasted. The one star is only for the ability to post a review because I was so disappointed. This was a zero star service.

Three of the baristas, including their designated order taker stood around talking to the car in front of me for almost 8 minutes after the car had already got their drink. 2 cars on the other side has already ordered and gone through. That was absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent coffee, super friendly staff; what else can I ask for? This is a top notch location.

This location has the best staff. Always so friendly and quick, no matter the time of day.

This isn't my typical location but I went through the drive through tonight on my way to work and ordered a large. They charged me for a large and gave me a small. As I was running late I didn't have time to wait for them to remake it correctly.
