Coastal Flats - Fair Oaks

Another Great American restaurant that just absolutely kills it! I’ve yet to go to a location where the beef ribs were available and wow were they good! Meat feeling off the bone good!!If you’re ever at Coastal Flats, the crabcake sliders are an absolute MUST since they don’t have them at other locations (at least from what i know)!! This is a NON negotiable, so freaking good!!!!The bread pudding is always warm inside and the ice cream is a perfect pair to match with it.

Two newcomers and two regulars in our party. First time for myself and my husband. The Shrimp Grits was superb with excellent flavors and mildly spiced, perfect for my husband’s delicate stomach. The Pecan-crusted Trout was absolutely fantastic! Praying this chain comes to Charlotte, NC so it can become one of our regulars!

This location is definitely the best. The food was so delicious and the service was on point too!

This place is your standard GAR. Great service, all staff provided their closest attention to all patrons, whilst enduring the close eye from management and corporate.It is obvious that corporate is still squeezing the highest dollar from its patrons as the prices jumped yet again without any justification or improvement in the food.I will still patron as to support the local waitstaff and those employed by this corporation, however it should be noted that the prices are over 30% higher than they were in 2019 with absolutely no changes. Corporate can blame food supply costs, but it's simply greed and lining their own pockets.Okay rant finished for the business structure. Each and every time I come here, I have excellent service and extremely kind and accommodating servers. They are the bread and bones of this corporation and GAR corporate needs to recognize this and place their focus and their attention into growing the impeccable individuals who keep GAR restaurants up and running.I will probably return to this place due to the sheer size, ability to get seating relatively quickly, and late hours. I will now probably stray away from eating food here, and simply go for a late night drink or something. In any case, all servers working here, please keep continuing to grind and take this experience and excel in life!
