0 Star would be better for this NO service! Layer for the restaurant of Fabrègues where waiting is more than 2 hours and no delivery. You can't have someone on the phone!!!!
Some will say that food is good. I mean, it depends on time! Indeed, staff change every day. The cook too. Too much error in orders and not small! The call to grace, an order rejected by phone (more galettes at 8:30... we're not going to say anything! . So I ask for the refund and head to the design. Except three different people call me in the next hour to tell me that the order is ready... in the end no refund! This restaurant is badly managed. The lack of professionalism of staff is undeniable. If we add to this the exorbitant price for the size of the tacos... this restaurant is not frequented!
I have been ordering for five months at home every week.At the time, the person who took the order was very commercial, very nice. We were never offered the loyalty card, I realized, 5 months later, that our account was not opened. At the opening, no commercial gesture despite my many orders. No order was delivered on time. When we are lucky we have our full order, but often I have either: no sauce, no marinated chicken, not the ingredient in the right tacos but in the other.More chicken at 21:00..This is quite random. I don’t trust anymore and I won’t order at home. Your competitors will surely be much more professional.At this train, and in view of similar opinions, my new owner should put the key under the door.
