We couldn't try the food because we waited for 20 minutes and no one approached us, even though the restaurant was empty!

First (service): waiters smoke in front of guests on the summer veranda, sit on the phone. They sit at tables for guests. They brought 2 salads and borscht right away, while they were eating the salad, the borscht cooled down. When napkins ran out after 2 courses, they didn’t bring new ones, of course, it’s better to sit on the phone at the last table. Accidentally spilled juice, the waiter did not even notice it. Second (food): they brought Caesar with chicken (the color turned out to be a lethargic salad, with black spots), as in principle in all dishes. The borscht was not tasty, the color was pale. Third (atmosphere): we witnessed a conflict between the guest and the waiter (they forbade the child to eat shawarma bought elsewhere. This dish is not on the menu of this institution). Here, many will not agree with me, with their own in the institution, but the very fact of such an attitude towards the guests of the institution impressed me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service was terrible. We waited 20 minutes for a waiter, but no one came to take our order. There were only three tables occupied in the cafe.
