Starbucks - EXTON

This restaurant is not good, and it only seems to be getting worse. The coffee just doesn't taste right and it takes forever to get anything. The staff is friendly and tries their best, but the overall quality of the food and drinks is deteriorating rapidly. It's disappointing to see such a decline in the standards of this place.

Coffee was terrible. we ordered 3 cake pots. they forgot the cakepops and gave me two. When I didn't leave, I said I ordered three. they gave it to me as if I were wrong. I checked my acknowledgement, there was a latte and 3 cakes.

Pretty nice place, didn't really like the Vanille cream Frapp, the rest is pretty good

It was a national coffee day yesterday, 9/29/21 and this 111 Eagleview Blvd Exton PA 19341 location Starbucks management did not inform their employees that they had a free cup of coffee offering. They made me paid for it yesterday morning, 9/29/21 at 7:10 AM drive-through. The point here is that they have a very poor communication with their employees on the promotions.

Five stars. I believe that the baristas should have their nails done.
