Snap Custom Pizza - EXTON

The best pizza in the Exton area for my family! The crust is thin, and the ingredients are always fresh. The classic toppings are fantastic—especially the Mexican option—but you can also create your own. They offer a cauliflower crust if that's your preference. Service can be a bit inconsistent, but the staff are usually students, and if you're flexible, that can enhance the atmosphere. If the weather is nice, the outdoor seating is wonderful!

My family and I typically love dining at Snap, but I was quite disappointed during my last visit. I specifically went out of my way to arrive an hour before closing time, only to be informed that they weren't taking in-store orders. I had checked the website beforehand, and there was no indication of this change. I don't think it's realistic to expect customers to call each time to confirm that they are serving during the advertised hours.

The salad looked great, came with everything I had ordered. But everything was terribly salty, I love strongly seasoned food to the point that people say my food is too seasoned, but this is not too seasoned, this is just an absurd amount of salt *Photo is the salad half-shaded

My favorite restaurant has really gone downhill. I ordered a Caesar salad as it comes, and I was disappointed. There was less than an ounce of chicken, not even a full egg, and the dressing was watery. The lettuce wasn’t chopped either. It used to be high quality and beautifully presented, but now it’s just a messy bowl with a few pieces. I also noticed that one employee was just texting behind the counter while only two out of five staff members were actually working. It’s bizarre. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

We went to pick up an order that we made online and they messed up 2 of the 3 pizzas that we ordered. They remade one twice because they put it on the wrong crust the first time and were going to give us the other one even though it had hot honey on it and we told them the person it was for cannot eat spicy things. The whole 30 minutes it took for them to fix the mistakes they made the first pizza sat there and was cold and disgusting by the time I was able to eat it. Aside from all that, the pizza wasn?t very good. The mushrooms were marinated in something that tasted like olive juice and all of the pizzas seemed too salty. The breadsticks were very sweet for some reason. Very upset with the whole experience.
