Mcdonald's - EXTON

McDonald's is a fast and easy option, with nothing particularly unique about it. However, the fries are really delicious.

Yesterday, I received the worst service I have ever experienced at this restaurant. It was so terrible that I have decided never to return.

I haven't been inside a McDonald's since the Pandemic began. So nearly two years. It was always drive-thru. But my granddaughter and I wanted to go back to this place we shared many fun memories. There were so many changes. You do your own ordering on a large screen and take a number to your seat. That was different, but figured it out with ease. They added a bunch of new items: like chicken sandwiches and bakery goods, and 20 different types of lattes.. The chicken sandwich was actually really good. However, the biggest bummer was the play area is closed off completely. I don't support this. Children should still be able to play through all of this, but it's clear how divided everyone is. So sad for the kids. Also, there is very limited seating as every other table is blocked off. Whereas, most restaurants we go to every table is open. Yet the place is spotless-very clean. If we go back, it will be through the drive-thru as to not disappoint our Little One again, who just kept peering into the window of the play area and she couldn't get the automatic door to open.
