Domino's Pizza - EXTON

I put a party order in the morning for a delivery of 6:00. At 6:20 a.m. there was no sign of the delivery person. When I called them, they said they have many orders and that "s why there is a delay, and I should know that there will be a delay in this situation. As a customer, I placed the order well in advance for them to plan their orders for an accurate delivery. They tried to accuse "the number of orders" to cover the "Missmanagement" on their side. If the system "can not accept certain quantity orders in one hour because it causes delivery questions to orders already placed, you should tell the customer when ordering. Dominos tried by providing an automated 20% discount voucher for the next order, via an automated email that I did not accept. I felt embarrassed in front of my guests who were all small children waiting for pizza to come and their 20% discount voucher won't wipe it off. This was the first time I tried their "contactless" delivery option. I used to execute orders and had no delays with them. Give this review mainly because of the bad attitude she gave to the call and the lame reason why she gave me.

Incredible staff. Fast and friendly. Impeccable service. They make the best pizza. Today the young lady I forget her name sorry waited on me and made a perfect pizza. Thank you ?

This location is always outstanding! The food is always correct, well made, and tastes great. The service friendly and everyone always has a positive attitude. In this day and age it?s sometimes hard to find consistent quality. And this place has never disappointed me. Keep up the good work.
