Charleys Philly Steaks - EXTON

Yesterday, I noticed one of the staff members had their mask pulled down. They touched their nose with their hands and didn’t wash them afterward. I'm really relieved that I didn’t order anything from this place.

I wouldn't give any stars to this restaurant. My experience here was awful. Like many previous reviewers have mentioned, the owner/manager is extremely unprofessional, rude, and downright disrespectful. His customer service is unacceptable. My family and I ordered two chicken cheesesteaks, only to be told to wait 20 minutes while two other customers placed their orders after we had already ordered. When the manager finally addressed the situation, claiming our order was wrong, we were met with disgusting and rude comments. We do not eat red meat, so there was no way our order could have been misinterpreted as a regular cheesesteak. He then asked, "What, can’t you read?" He refused to refund our money or correct our order. Meanwhile, we had two hungry little kids with us and ended up leaving without food or a refund. He insisted we had ordered something that we didn't, and we didn't confront him at that moment due to his attitude. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, and I would never return to this place again.

The owner of this restaurant is one of the rudest I've ever encountered. He sets a poor example of how to treat customers, showing a complete disregard for customer service. When I requested a refund, his language was incredibly disrespectful. Fortunately, I managed to stay calm throughout the ordeal. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I doubt he'll remain in business for much longer.

NOT YOU! I saw the man drop the bread and put it in the oven to serve the customer. Also his spatula fell into the garbage and he still used it! I don't know what the attitude is for, but I definitely have my money back!

The food is good but the owner is very rude. Been there twice, and both times he was rude to me. Not sure the food is worth the attitude. He might sell more sandwiches if he was nicer.
