Bright Spot Cafe is the BOMB. The food is always fresh and ready for pickup. The Caprese Sandwich is 100000% the best I had!!! And the staff is amazing. I would strongly say that you should order from them for your catering requirements!!!
Kimberly was our waitress and she was very friendly, helpful and prompt. All we ordered was made by scratches and full taste. The sausage is homemade by the owner with remarkable hints of sage and it was incredible. I ordered the brisket, sausage and Cheddar Omelett and it was excellent. My wife tried the French toast and it was very good, but it was too strong with the cinnamon. Great service and a breath of fresh air from the hardly mediocre place that was here before. Beautiful redesign and it is very warm, bright and welcoming inside. And breakfast and lunch are served all day in the early afternoon when they close. We went back a week later and tried lunch and ordered a club sandwich and the French onion soup. The sandwich was good, nothing special, just a decent sandwich, but the French onion soup was disappointing. It had absolutely no taste and the broth was extremely thin. We mentioned that to the waiter and he said he was letting the cook know. Hopefully they improve this dish and also cut to the amount of cinnamon in the French toast. No matter, we will be back as it is in our neighborhood and it is good food at a great price in a beautiful environment.
My wife and I decided to check this place and it was not disappointed. In fact, it was an even higher level. A friendly staff and bright festive colors welcome you when you walk in the door. I have the Bacon Bacon, Baby Omelette and the last cup of the Speck Gravy was absolutely delicious. I want a bathtub with other foods to be used. The highlight for my wife was the chicken and waffles. The wafer had pieces of thick cut bacon and spices that were baked directly inside with Chipotle maple syrup. It made for a sweet and hearty joy. Add to some crispy, melt-in-your-mouth chicken and this was a perfectly unique take on the classic dish. If you're in the area, check this place. If you live there, make this your visit. If my wife and I lived closer, we would.
I enjoy eating here, the food tastes great, it has a homey feel inside, the staff is always very friendly. My husband loves the fact that they make your burger exactly how you want it whether it's well done or rare like his. I love their French toast and the grilled cheese.
