Jimmy John's - Export

The bread was chewy, stale, and overcooked. While the staff was excellent, the lunch meat sandwiches really need some improvement.

I stopped by to get a giant Italian sandwich from Jimmy John's and was really disappointed. They call it a giant, but there was hardly any meat, and barely any lettuce or tomato, especially after spending $20 plus a tip. I think I'll stick with Jersey Mike's up the street from now on. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have taken it back. I'm really upset about this small sandwich! The Murrysville location has lost my business.

As a first-time customer, I found the employees to be friendly, which is why I gave the restaurant 3 stars. However, my experience with Sandwich #15 was disappointing. The tuna salad lacked flavor, and the cucumber and tomato were sliced so thinly that they couldn't be picked up without falling off the bread. The bread itself was nothing special. The cheese was the only component that had a hint of flavor, but it wasn't enough to redeem the sandwich. Overall, I didn't feel it was worth the $8+ price tag; I wouldn't even pay $2 for it. One star for the sandwich.

The slowest Jimmy John?s I?ve ever been to, consistently understaffed and delivery is almost never available. The worst part is that they are completely unapologetic about their terrible service. Pass this location by!

No hours posted on the door that we could find. Each time we go staff tells us a different closing time. Online says 8 PM closing but today an employee told they closed at 5. They need to update their hours so people stop wasting their time drivingthere for it to be closed.
