Steaks N Sushi - Exeter

Yep, amazing food. Great atmosphere, the staff were really polite, and prompt. No pointless waiting for any courses to arrive. Just like all the best Japanese restaurants it's tucked away on a side street. Can't rate this place any higher.

The food was fantastic. Didn't know exactly what I wanted but the chef came over and asked what I wanted, and explained not sure. So I ordered a sushi selection and a rice dish, and was asked how spicy I wanted it and I said medium. Did not disappoint. Unfortunately was closed due to illness I couldn't have tonight and went somewhere else and hated it. Will definitely eat here again

When I looked at the menu It was very amazing, but the very friendly waiter helped us find out everything we wanted with recommendations and good explanations. The food is breath and is the best food I ever had. The atmosphere is great and quiet. I will definitely come back!

Cosy atmosphere, amazing food and overall a beautiful experience. If you only visit Exeter for one day or meet with friends, this is the place to be.

I and my SO came to the lunch service and were kindly greeted and sitting. We both had the 6-course-set meal, with me the sushi-plate and my spouse with pigtail-curry. Our server was very honest and told my SO that it was too full with the set menu and a bowl of ramen, and they were right! The food was delicious, bought in good time and very varied. The interior was pleasant enough and the prices were very good sushi/sashimi and Japanese food in general is not cheap, but at £70 (inc tip) we feel it was a great value for money. Will be back... for Ramen next time! Also the place was a lot full and with regular.
