The updated menu offers even more authentic dishes, creating a great dining experience. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service from the young and cheerful team is excellent. It's a perfect place to bring your family and friends.
We came for the first time on a mood a few weeks ago, based on Google reviews, and I'm so glad we did! As soon as we arrived on a dry rainy day, we were greeted with a very warm welcome and sitting in a stand. The menu was quite big and we didn't really know where to start! But in the end we ordered a mezze platter, some crispy potatoes, halloumi and the fat lamb (can lamb be fatat? Something along these lines! We were not disappointed at all. It was all absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented too! The lamb was particularly incredible. The staff was really friendly and friendly, could not ask for more. We will definitely be happy again!
Highly recommended! The food is delicious and the portions are generous; even with four men, only one of us could finish the plate. The mixed grill is fantastic and the whole chicken with rice is also good, all for the price of nine pounds. The calamari is superb, with a crunchy exterior and tender interior. The ambience is beautiful, with a cozy and clean restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. This is easily one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. We will definitely be returning.
The food at Peppinos is delicious with generous portions and always fresh. The service is great and you have the option to dine outside in good weather or enjoy the abundant heating when it's cold. Consider trying a Shisha after your meal. I highly recommend Peppinos for a fantastic dining experience in Exeter, one of the best options available.
I absolutely love this place; Sami the owner is super attentive and just a wonderful host I walk in and feel like I’ve entered a home in the Middle East, he’s just so welcoming. The food is also locally sourced and fresh, delicious and made while you wait. We used to go every week before lockdown and hadn’t been for a while it’s now had a total refurbishment and everything has been replaced with beautiful handmade furnishings. Absolutely love the murals on the walls by a local artist as well and they now also do Arabic coffee! Definitely Exeter’s best food place.
