Olive Tree - Exeter

Business trip and in need of dinner, stumbled over. really friendly host, rich tasty garlic mushrooms and meeresbass with fresh veg. only a fraction of oilier than I like, but beautiful aromen and beautiful ambiente

We ate here twice when we spent a few days in the hotel queens court. eating is beautifully cooked and presented. beautiful dining room and excellent, friendly service

I had smoked salmon on beetroot carpaccio and bone, both with various suitable, plentiful and extremely tasty circumcisions. beautiful dame are waiting staff who brought me a huge amuse leg of a teller of prosciutto and warm focaccia with olive and balsamico vinegar. it was so great for a freebie I had for the wrong starter! really first-class eating, especially in consideration of the price.

The breakfast was very good with perfect eggs for eier benedict and also rührei. fresh fruits and pastries and small crates chalk. faster and polite service. really good, but need to lose the water-crack, no need for it. the evening meal...was steak and chicken dishes with chips and veg and all cooked good steak medium rare as desired. desserts were in order, but the meringue was from a box and dry dust type homemade would have been much better. Too bad they ran out of the favorite start, but there were other qualities. for a small hotel I thought it would be good and not too expensive, but again no need for water cress. really good service.

Exceptional service, fabulous food at a great price. Very clean and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
