Burger King - Exeter

It’s such a shame when you look forward to something and are let down big time!! No please or thank you and not even a smile!! Loads of stuff but nothing actually getting done. I get times are hard but a **** experience for us...today

Terrible and slow customer service. A lot of staff were just standing around rather than serving customers and they generally had a bad attitude. Waited minutes in a queue when there wasn’t that many customers, will not be returning!

Disgusting levels of hygiene with dirty tables, food scattered all over the serving area. I took my family here on Saturday following Christmas shopping I have never been in a BK so badly run. The manager was just walking around on his mobile, the...staff we’re unmotivated. No one was serving the eat in and take away customers, priority just seemed to be for the Deliveroo drivers. BK need to intervene with this franchise or lose customers.

I went and ordered bk melt with fries, bbq melt with fries, chicken royale and a portion halloumi fries take out. Got to the car and no fries? Phoned store went back for fries none cooked and staff were rude and surly....People were complaining about time taken to fill orders and lack of items from menus. Not a good day.

I ordered a vegan burger; and I got chicken. So unhappy, I haven’t eaten meat in years and I feel violently ill from the fact I took a bite out of it. Vile.
