Jeramiahs Island Fusion - Ewa Villages

One day, on a whim, I decided to stop by the lot where the food truck parks. I noticed a few vehicles there—one belonged to another food truck vendor, and the others were customers of E S Island Fusion. As I approached the truck, a regular customer recommended that I try the birria tacos, claiming they were exceptionally delicious. The male owner of the food truck acknowledged me and said he’d be with me shortly while the female owner attended to another customer. In the meantime, I checked out the three small menu boards and decided on the kalbi plate. I placed my order with the female owner, who asked if I wanted a drink—options included water, passion orange drink, Coke, or Pepsi. I opted for a can of Coke, and they accept both cash and credit cards. While waiting for my food, another regular customer came over to ask what I had ordered. I informed her that it was my first time trying the kalbi. She mentioned that she usually orders the shrimp bun bao when it's available. After several minutes, I finally received my kalbi plate and Coke from the female owner and took the meal home. Once I got home and opened the plate lunch, I noticed that the kalbi was thinly sliced and topped with sesame seeds, all resting on a bed of rice. The plate also included a tossed salad with ketchup and mayonnaise dressing, along with a spring roll and a dipping sauce. I only tried one piece of kalbi, and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. The rest of the meal ended up being shared with my roommate.

I attended the Waikiki Festival and tried the food at the restaurant. The steak was tough and difficult to chew. The corn was just average, but the pork belly was quite good. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. Overall, the food was average and felt overpriced.

This local family-owned business features friendly staff and excellent service. Although it’s a food truck, they provide a comfortable outdoor seating area with a tent, tables, and chairs for you to enjoy your meal. Everything they serve is incredibly delicious and well-prepared, making the prices definitely worthwhile. Personally, I can’t get enough of their birria tacos—they're a must-try every time I visit. I also love the musubi combo, which includes deep-fried Spam musubi, noodles, and a spring roll—it’s absolutely tasty! The soy garlic chicken is fantastic too! Honestly, I enjoy everything on their menu, including the cheesecake bites and their handcrafted drinks. If you find yourself on the west side of Oahu, I highly recommend checking this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

Jeremiah’s is by far one of my favorite food trucks on the island! Besides the food being amazing, the hospitality and service that him and his family show each customer is above and beyond! The Dinanche sauce is not to be ignored, it is absolutely heavenly!
